In October 2024, the Corridor Foundation will present a group exhibition of international contemporary artists in its new space at the Buji Cultural and Sports Center.

We focus on the development and continuation of different art genres and styles in the present, the state of the artists and their relevance to history. From the perspective of concept, vision, material, etc., we observe the position and possibility of different types of artists in art history and academia. Are they inheriting, rebelling, or evolving? Have they explored new boundaries and what problems have they encountered? Are they a continuation of a school or an ism, or are they pioneers of a new direction?

These explorations are very interesting and meaningful. We believe that looking beyond the limitations of current perspectives and examining current events from the perspective of the development of art history is more likely to stimulate people to think about the nature of art, and to get more objective and truthful answers of their own.

We will select 20 representative contemporary artists to participate in the exhibition, which will include paintings, videos, installations and other media. For more details, please follow our official announcement.
